These Terms are between you and Sparkbuilt Labs, LLC, the operator of Craft Calculators. By using the site or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase.

Calculators

The calculators are educational planning tools. They provide estimates based on simplified formulas, stated assumptions, and user-provided inputs. Results are not professional, engineering, medical, legal, financial, tax, fire-safety, chemical-safety, or product-compliance advice.

Downloadable products

Unless a product page states otherwise, when you lawfully obtain a downloadable worksheet, workbook, template, or guide, it is licensed to you for personal use or internal use in your own business. You may fill it in, print working copies, and adapt it for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share the source file, or make it available to others as a competing or standalone product.

You retain ownership of information you enter into a downloaded file. Sparkbuilt Labs, LLC retains ownership of the original product and its design, text, formulas, and other content, except for third-party material identified in the product.

Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Prices, included files, delivery method, and any refund terms shown on the product or checkout page are part of the purchase terms. Checkout and file-delivery providers may also apply their own terms. Contact hello@craftycalcs.com if a purchased file is not delivered, is defective, or is materially different from its description.

No warranties

The site and downloadable products are provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that results or files are complete, error-free, suitable for a specific project, compatible with every device or software version, or safe for a specific material or process.

User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying results, following safety guidance and applicable rules, keeping backup copies of downloaded files, and using appropriate judgment before cutting, mixing, heating, firing, selling, or using finished goods.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate another person's rights, or remove ownership or disclosure notices from downloadable products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sparkbuilt Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, injuries, damages, wasted materials, failed projects, lost data, compliance issues, or business outcomes resulting from use of the site or downloadable products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
